TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

NOV. 27

Francisco Flores, 20, of Taylor, at 6:20 a.m., in the 600 block of W. Sixth St., officers apprehended Flores, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for bond forfeiture-driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Flores posted bond for $5,000 and was released the same day.

Jose Cruse, 31, of Taylor, at 10:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of W. Second St., officers apprehended Cruse, who had an outstanding warrant out of Austin for discharge of firearm in certain municipalities, class A misdemeanor.

DEC. 2

Wayde Sweeting, 27, of Taylor, at 5:20 a.m., at Murphy Gas Station, 105 Carlos Parker Blvd. NW, officers observed Sweeting to be intoxicated. Sweeting was arrested for public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Sweeting received a PR bond for $300 and was released the same day.

DEC. 3

Troy Green, 30, of Taylor, at 9 p.m., in the 200 block of Dahlberg Blvd., officers apprehended Green, who had an outstanding warrant theft over $100 with previous convictions, a state jail felony. Green is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
