TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

NOV. 14

Mickeal Fulton, 42, of Taylor, at 7:49 p.m., in the 400 block of Lenora Dr., officers apprehended Fulton, who had an outstanding warrant out of Rockdale for assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Fulton was released to another agency Nov.

20, with a $5,000 bond. Petra Vasquez, 51, of Taylor, at 9:30 p.m., in the 700 block of Washburn St., officers apprehended Vasquez, who had two outstanding warrants for theft of property over $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, a third-degree felony, and probation violation-theft of property with two or more convictions, a state jail felony. Vasquez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $20,000 bond.

NOV. 15

Preston Graham, 24, of Taylor, at 2:32 a.m., in the 100 block of W. Rio Grande St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Graham, who had an outstanding warrant out of Georgetown for unlawful restraint, a class A misdemeanor.

Graham was arrested for the warrant.

Graham posted bond for $2,500 and was released the same day.

NOV. 18

Laura Bosserman, 38, of Taylor, at 2:57 p.m., in the 200 block of S. Main St., officers apprehended Bosserman, who had an outstanding warrant for theft of propertyenhanced due to previous convictions, a state jail felony. Bosserman is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

NOV. 19

Bradley Bogan, 33, of Taylor, at 12:19 p.m., at Wal-Mart, 3701 N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. Officers located Bogan, who had an active criminal trespass warning against him, banning him from the property. Officers attempted to arrest Bogan, which he physically resisted. Officers were able to place Bogan under arrest, charging him with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor, as well as resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. Bogan is still in custody at the Williamson County jail.
