There is always, always, always something to be thankful for GOOD NEWS

Practicing gratitude can be a game changer. It has far reaching effects, from improving our mental health to boosting our relationships with others.

Living your life with gratitude helps you notice the little wins, like a stranger holding the door for you, someone letting you go ahead in line or someone smiling at you while passing by. Each of these small moments create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens your ability to notice the good.

It takes practice. The more you focus on the good, the moment you bring your attention to that which you feel grateful for, the more you’ll notice to feel grateful.

Good things are happening all the time. Right now, you are living at least one of the prayers you used to pray for.
