Gifted and talented students to be nominated
Taylor Independent School District is now accepting nominations for students who may need Gifted/Talented services for the school year.
This program is designed for students who exhibit intellectual abilities at an extraordinary level which are not normally served in the regular classroom. Services are provided only upon identification of the educational needs of the student.
Anyone wishing to refer a student attending Taylor ISD in kindergarten through 12th grade this school year is asked to contact the student’s campus office and request a copy of the nomination form.
The form is also available on the TISD website.
The G/T nomination period for first through 12th grades is Oct. 16-27, 2023, while the nomination period for kindergarten is Jan. 8-19, 2024.
