TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT
It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

James Rodriguez, 25, of Taylor was arrested at 4:29 p.m., in the 1400 block of Old Thorndale Road. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Rodriguez, who had three outstanding warrants out of Williamson County for Bond Forfeiture on 1) Escape from Custody, 2) Interference with Public Duties and 3) Possession of Controlled Substance, penalty group 3 over 3 grams. Rodriguez also had three outstanding class C warrants out of Taylor 1) No Drivers License, 2) Speeding and 3) Failure to Appear. Rodriguez was placed under arrest for the warrants. Rodriguez is still in custody of Williamson County Jail on bonds that total to $13,801.52.
