Daniel Dwayne Brown Jr, age 29, of Kerrville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023. He was born June 9, 1994, in Austin, to Daniel Brown and Helen Zimmer.
Daniel had a love for the Lord and cared about every person he encountered. He was a proud third generation pit master, a lover of the river and outdoors and stared at the moon every night.
His eyes and smile were just as enchanting and bright as the moon he gazed upon.
Daniel was a special member of our own Taylor community. He served barbecue from the Smokin’ Oak food truck located in the Loose Screw parking lot and at the Fourth of July celebration in 2021.
He is preceded in death by his great grandfather, John Zimmer Sr.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Taylor Brown; grandparents, Sadie Smith, Blaine (Delva) Zimmer and Dorotea Contreras; his parents, Helen Zimmer, Daniel (Elizabeth) Brown; his sister, Amaris Brown; half siblings, Jordan Brown, Brody Brown, Aubrey Brown and Juelz Wilkins.
