Arrest Report

Taylor Police Department  

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

 

Aug. 28 

Tommy Longoria, 49, of Taylor was arrested at 8:46 p.m., in the 400 block of Mallard Ln. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Longoria, who had an outstanding warrant out of Victoria County for Probation Violation-Burglary of a Habitation, a state jail felony. Longoria was placed under arrest for the warrant. Longoria was released Sept. 6 to another agency.  

 

Aug. 30 

Esteban Perez, 28, of Taylor was arrested at 6:33 a.m. at the Taylor Police Department, 500 S. Main St. Officers apprehended Perez, who had an outstanding warrant out of the Austin Police Department for Fail to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements, a third-degree felony. Perez posted bond for $10,000 and was released Aug. 31.  

 

Aug. 31 

Allen Dunn Jr., 31, of Taylor was arrested at 1:10 a.m., in the 1000 block of W. Second St. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Dunn, who had two outstanding warrants: 1) Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility, a class C misdemeanor, out of Taylor, and 2) Bond Forfeiture-Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction, a class B misdemeanor. Dunn was placed under arrest for the warrants. Dunn posted bond for $7,000 and paid a fine for $683.80. 

 

Sept. 2 

Armando Garcia, 45, of Taylor was arrested at 7:35 p.m. at Shell gas station, 500 S. Main St. Officers responded to a criminal trespass in progress. Officers located Garcia on the property. Garcia had previously been given a criminal trespass warning, barring him from the business. Garcia was placed under arrest, charged with Criminal Trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Garcia was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was further charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, a state jail felony. Garcia is still in the custody of Williamson County Jail on a $2,000 bond.  

 

Sept. 3 

Daniel Jimenez, 31, of Taylor was arrested at 1:39 a.m., in the 500 block of N. Main St. Officers placed Jimenez under arrest, charging him with Driving While Intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. 

Jeremy Perez, 41, of Taylor was arrested at 11:32 a.m., in the 100 block of Bethann Lp. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers observed Perez to be intoxicated and placed him under arrest. Perez was charged with Public Intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Perez posted bond for $300 and was released Sept. 3. 

Marco Cedillo, 25, of Taylor was arrested at 9:24 p.m., in the 300 block of Carlos Parker Boulevard SW. Officers placed Cedillo under arrest, charging him with Driving While Intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.
