Ronald “Ronnie” Edward Steffek left his earthly world and was welcomed into his heavenly home on August 9, 2023. He was born June 6, 1946 in Taylor.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16 with rosary at 7 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos Parker Blvd., NW in Taylor.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, Aug. 17, at 10 a.m. at St. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, 100 N. Brazos St. in Granger.
If attending the funeral, the family requests that any Granger athletes and alumni wear purple in honor of his legacy.
