Flora Olguin Guardiola was born Sept. 23, 1957, in Taylor. She passed away Monday, July 24, 2023.
Flora received sacraments holy communion and confirmation at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Taylor.
Flora was preceded in death by her parents, Juan Salazar and Simona Olguin Salazar; her sisters, Alvarira Rameriz, Paula Rojas, Susie Uriegas, Josie Castro and Johnny Martinez Sr.
Flora is survived by her husband, Joe Guardiola; daughter, Leticia Fuentes and husband Randy; sons, Carlos Guardiola and wife Tracey, Adam Guardiola and Fabio Guardiola; brothers and sisters Lupe Rodriguez, Janie Gonzales, Mary Martinez, Raymond Salazar, Pete Martinez, Robert Lee Martinez, Sr., Vincent Martinez, Sr., Domingo Martinez Sr. and Josie Yannis; and grandchildren, Randy Jr., Miranda, Regan, Oliver, Adam Jr., Lillian and Crisstie.
The family would like to thank the staff at Village Creek Wellness and Rehabilitation Nursing Home in Fort Worth for caring for our mother and treating her like family.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug. 4, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 110 W. Rio Grande St. in Taylor.
