Getting fit to the beat with Taylor Parks and Rec

Residents got moving to the beat last week at drum fit lessons. The first class had 19 participants. Drum fit is part of the free adult fitness classes, which conclude July 29. As a part of the introductory promotion, Taylor Parks and Recreation hosts free classes in the air-conditioned Memorial Field House at Parks and Recreation office, 1412 Davis Street.

Residents got moving to the beat last week at drum fit lessons. The first class had 19 participants. Drum fit is part of the free adult fitness classes, which conclude July 29. As a part of the introductory promotion, Taylor Parks and Recreation hosts free classes in the air-conditioned Memorial Field House at Parks and Recreation office, 1412 Davis Street.

A water aerobics class is held at the Doris Roznovak Aquatic Center in Murphy Park.

The free trial period ends July 31, after which classes will be $5 each or 10 classes for $40.
