GRANGER – Granger Independent School District will return to having youth athletic camps this upcoming week as Lions football and Lady Lions volleyball will both be in action.
Each will be a three-day youth camp that goes from 9-11 a.m. on July 25-27 and cost $35 per camper. The football and volleyball youth camps will be for Granger students that are incoming first through ninth graders.
There will also be a parent meeting for junior high and high school athletics at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 27th in the Granger City Park for the annual all-sports parent meeting followed by free food. Parents and guardians will be able to meet the 2023-24 Granger Lions and Lady Lions coaching staff, informational meeting on the 202324 Athletic School Year and RankOne walkthrough for all required athletic paperwork.
There will also be fried fish plates in collaboration with the Granger Lions and Lady Lions fanbase immediately following the meeting that will be donated by local sponsors.
