The Taylor ISD Child Development Center has been awarded Texas Rising Star Certification. Receiving this distinguished status included a long list of requirements as well as a thorough site visit. Not only did the Taylor CDC receive the highest score of four stars, they are also the first child care center in Taylor to be assessed and complete the process. Heather Riley is the CDC coordinator.
