Friday, June 16, is a special day for Taylor. The Taylor Conservation & Heritage Society will be hosting an Award Soiree at the Black Sparrow from 5 to 8 p.m., 113 W. Second St.
There will be a special, classic menu with an updated twist from Chef Peter L’Heureux.
Owner of the Black Sparrow Shannon Bagent will DJ oldtime rags from 1910.
