Taylor and Hutto will each be back in action next week as the three school districts will host various sports camps for younger athletes.
TAYLOR
Lady Ducks basketball will host two separate camps this upcoming week that will provide individual instruction and team concepts under the Taylor girls basketball program on June 5 – 8. Second through fifth graders will go from 1 – 2:30 p.m. with the sixth through ninth graders going afterward from 3 – 4:30 p.m. at the Taylor High School gymnasium.

HUTTO
The Hippos and Lady Hippos will have a lot going on as boys basketball, girls basketball, softball, and cheer will all have camps beginning next week.
The boys basketball camp will be from 8 – 11 a.m. on June 6 – 8 at the Farley Middle School main gym and auxiliary gym for grades three through nine and cost $100.00 per camper.
The camp is designed to give campers the proper instruction and guidance to help them reach their full potential as basketball players and students. Campers will learn the proper skills and techniques for shooting, passing, ball handling, and defending in these sessions.

Girls basketball camp will be from 12 – 2 p.m. on June 5 – 7 at the Farley Middle School gymnasium for grades two through eight and cost $100.00 per camper. Contact Hutto girls basketball head coach Samantha Guerrero at samantha. [email protected] for additional information on the camp.
The annual Lady Hippos softball camp will be from 9 – 11 a.m. on June 5 – 7 at the Hutto High School softball field for grades three through nine and cost $100.00 per camper. Be sure to contact Hutto softball head coach Matthew Mullins at matthew. [email protected] for more details.
There will also be a cheer camp from 9 – 11 a.m. from June 5 – 7 at Texas Allstar Cheer & Dance on 325 Ed Schmidt Blvd. in Hutto open to the public for age three to incoming sixth graders that will cost $50.00 per camper. Campers will have an opportunity to work with the Hutto High School Cheer squad and learn jumps and stunts. During the three – day clinic, campers will dance, cheer, and chant.
