Billy Mucha , 76, of Taylor passed away Thursday May 11, 2023.
Billy Gene Mucha was born Oct. 21, 1946, in Taylor, to Edwin and Jeannett (Kerlin) Mucha. He grew up with two younger sister and one younger brother.
Billy graduated from Taylor High School in 1965, and attended Texas A&M University before graduating from Southwest Texas State with a degree Business Administration.
He married Malinda Oehrlein Aug. 9, 1969.
To this marriage came one son Todd Mucha.
Billy worked for the State of Texas in the General Land office until 1983, he then worked for Ventanna Glass until retiring in 2013. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Malinda Mucha; and Donna Miller.
Billy is survived by his son, Todd (Stefanie) Mucha; two grandchildren, (Kennedy and Blakley Mucha); sisters, Gail Stenholm and Connie Schmoker; brother, David (Lenea) Mucha; and numerous nieces and nephews.
