Learn to Fish Day
Summer is approaching, and so is the common activity of fishing. Learn to fish at the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park in Leander from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 6, 3005 CR 175.
Children of all ages are encouraged to learn this valuable skill that local experts will teach. Learn tips and techniques associated with basic tackling, choosing the appropriate bait, tying knots and casting.
This is a free and public event, preregistration not required. Materials will also be provided.

Mother and Son Darts and Lasers On Friday, May 12, put on your sports shoes and war face paint for a mother and son Nerf Gun and Laser Tag battle!
From 6 to 7:30 p.m., Hutto Parks and Recreation will host Games2U for all ages at Fritz Park, 306 E. Live Oak St., Hutto. A food truck for provisions will be on sight. All equipment will be provided, but personal nerf guns can be used for target practice on the archery mat.

Community Farmer’s & Flea Market Davilla Community Center is hosting a community farmer’s and flea market Saturday, May 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 20803 N. FM 487.
Vendors will have market goods and dated treasures ready to pass on. Outdoor and indoor vendors encouraged—$ 10 for an outdoor spot and $20 for an indoor spot.
Refreshments will be available for purchase during market hours.
