TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

MARCH 13

Kevin Blaich, 36, of Taylor, at 7:55 p.m., 600 block of Rio Grande St. officers responded to a disturbance. An investigation revealed Blaich physically assaulted three members of the household, causing injury.

Blaich was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of assault with injury, a class A misdemeanor.

Blaich physically resisted officers during the arrest and was further charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor.

Bliach posted bond for $6,500 and was released March 20.

Bryan Banda, 28, of Taylor, at 3:50 p.m., in the 900 block of Frank St., officers apprehended Banda, who had two outstanding warrants for engaging in organized criminal activity, a state jail felony out of Milam County, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Banda received bonds that totaled $5,870.30 and he was released to another agency March 27.

Brandon Sanchez, 24, of Taylor, at 2:24 p.m., in the 100 block of Royal St., officers apprehended Sanchez, who had an outstanding warrant for assault with injury/family violence with previous conviction, a state jail felony.

Sanchez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

MARCH 18

Scarlette Boseley, 49, of Taylor, at 6:50 p.m., at the Taylor Police Department, 500 S. Main St., officers made contact with Boseley in the police department parking lot. Boseley was found to be in possession of methamphetamines. Boseley was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, over 1 gram, a third-degree felony. Charges were dismissed/ declined and Boseley was released March 19.

MARCH 20

Pablo Lopez, 28, of Taylor, at 3:40 pm., officers learned that Lopez had been arrested by another agency for two outstanding warrants for assault causing bodily injury – family violence, and injury to a child.

MARCH 21

Frankie Gomez, 27, of Taylor, at 10:50 p.m., in the 500 block of Burkett St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

An investigation revealed Gomez physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Gomez was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence- enhanced due to previous convictions, a third-degree felony. Gomez was released from custody the same day.

MARCH 22

Samuel Fox, 38, of Taylor, at 11:08 p.m., in the 1100 block of W. Second St., officers responded to a disturbance.

Investigation revealed Fox to be intoxicated in a public place. Fox was arrested for public intoxication, a class C Misdemeanor. Fox posted bond for $140 and was released March 23.

Bradley James Winstead Jr., 29, of Taylor, at 8:10 p.m., in the 500 block of Ferguson St., officers responded to a disturbance. An investigation revealed that Winstead had an outstanding warrant for violation of emergency protective order, a class A misdemeanor.

Winstead was arrested for the outstanding warrant. James posted bond for $10,000 and was released March 24.

MARCH 24

Joseph Clayton, 56, of Taylor, at 8:47 a.m., in the 100 block of E. Seventh St., officers responded to a disturbance.

An investigation revealed Clayton to have two outstanding warrants for possession of controlled substance over or equal to four grams but under 200 grams out of Coryell County, and parole violation warrant from Austin Parole Division. Clayton was arrested for both outstanding warrants. Clayton received a $20,000 bond and was released to another agency March 30.

MARCH 25

Rolen Reyes, 19, of Taylor, at 11 p.m., in the 1700 block of Meadow, officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding and investigation revealed Reyes to be in unlawful possession of a firearm, a class A misdemeanor. Reyes was arrested for this offense. Reyes posted bond for a total of $13,000 and was released March 26.
