Frontier Bank of Texas is celebrating the grand opening of the bank’s newest location in Taylor Wednesday, April 5. The celebration will mark the official opening of Frontier’s ninth Central Texas location and the third in Williamson County. The new Taylor facility is located at 813 North Main Street.

“This grand opening represents the culmination of months of planning and hard work and we are excited to invite the Taylor community through our doors,” said Frontier Williamson County Market Manager Jennifer Mauck. “We have many customers and strong relationships in Taylor because our original location in Elgin is close by.

This newest addition to our footprint allows us to serve those customers even better while introducing the Frontier brand of banking to those who may not know us,” Mauck added.

Wednesday’s festivities begin at 4 p.m. and will include a welcome from Frontier Chairman and Austin Mayor Kirk Watson, a ribbon cutting with the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce at 5 p.m. as well as hors d’oeuvres and cocktails until 7 p.m.

With the official opening in Taylor, Frontier continues to grow its footprint and strengthen the bank’s position in Williamson County. The Taylor branch joins existing locations within the county in Leander and Round Rock. Frontier also operates banking centers in Elgin, Bastrop, Austin, Manor and Buda. The bank has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Austin metro, one of the region’s best places to work and one of the strongest and fastest growing community banks in Central Texas.

“Our goal is to be the premier community bank in Central Texas,” said Frontier CEO Patrick Johnson. “This opening in Taylor is a significant step toward that end and allows us to better serve our customers, our communities and the Central Texas region.”

Frontier has a history of putting a premium on extraordinary customer service, full mobile capability and active support of the communities served by the bank. The Frontier business model focuses on residential and small business customers who are looking for a community bank relationship without sacrificing convenience or services.

The new, full-service Taylor bank features a customer lobby, drive-up banking, night deposit and ATM services.

Mauck promises Wednesday’s grand opening will be a fun event for the bank and the community.

“We are so happy to officially be a part of the Taylor community,” she said. “The grand opening is a celebration of our commitment to Taylor and we want to share it with the community, our customers, and shareholders.”
