HUTTO – Last week, the city of Hutto welcomed Angela Walton to the team. Walton was sworn in as the city secretary.
In her new position, Walton will manage city election, archives, legal compliance, open records requests, agenda management and more.
Debbie Holland also took an oath of office to complete a term on the city council.
The council appointed Holland to the Place 6 seat on the council. The seat expires in May.
This is the final week to file to run for city council or mayor in this May’s general election.
