Calderone has lived in Hutto for 17 years. She works as a service coordinator and serves on the Hutto ISD Long Term Facilit ies Planning Committee.
Calderone’s volunteer work has included being on the Children’s Business Fair Committee, a youth soccer coach, Homeowners’ Association president and home-school leader.
Calderone is a frequent speaker during the public comment section of council meetings. She says many in the community know her because she has run for city council before.
“As a fith time candidate, I’m a dedicated community advocate vocal about Hutto City Hall. Others know me from working at local cafes and dancehalls.”
Calderone summed up her philosophy of life with the quote, “Get in the car loser, we’re going to fall in love with life again.”
