Dana Wilcott has lived in Hutto for 12 years. She works in education. She previously served Hutto as the director of community outreach and as the Hutto ISD Family and Community Liaison.
“I have been a community advocate and educator in Hutto for over a decade,” Wilcott said. “In addition to working directly in Hutto, I have served on several boards and commissions over the years.”
Those have included Hutto Has Heart (now Hutto Resource Center), Hutto ISD Strategic Planning Committee, Hutto Chamber Volunteer Coordinator for Old Tyme Days, Crawfish Festival, Hippos on Parade, Hutto Women’s Alliance, Hutto’s Big Event, Volunteers in Public Safety, Communications Task Force and others.
“In every moment, we always have an opportunity to be kind and loving,” Wilcott said.
