Brian Thompson has lived in Hutto for four years. He works in product marketing and currently serves Hutto as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Commission.
Thompson’s community work includes volunteering with the Utah Special Olympics and with Safeguard Adolescent Services. He has served as a Hutto library advisory board member and on the Hutto ISD Long Range Planning Committee.
“I entered this race to represent citizens who want quality growth, opportunity and harmony for current and future residents of Hutto. I will always be dedicated to and driven by our city’s potential while prioritizing citizen voices above the individual interests of a group of professionals, executives or elected officials,” he said.
Thompson says his philosophy is that life is full of successes and lessons.
“Succeeding in life is a constant quest, and if I’m not seeing success in the specific moment of self-reflection, I’m seeking out how to learn about what I’m missing.”
