Robin Sutton has lived in Hutto for 24 years. She works as a personal shopper at H-E-B. She was elected to City Council in November, 2020.
Sutton has been active in missionary work in India, including building a library and playground at a school.
“I was very active in city hall in 2019, questioning our rapid growth without focus on our infrastructure issues (or lack there of). I have been named in newspaper articles and interviewed for news stories. I also work in the public at a very busy H-E-B. I love every part of my job.”
Sutton says her philosophy of life is that a smile or kind word can make a change in someone’s life.
“Everybody you meet has something going on in their life, we are more alike than we are different. Don’t let anyone define who you are or what your experience is, no one else has lived the life you have; no one else has survived what you have.”
