Lynn Raynette Morgan David, 78, of Thrall, left this earth March 7, 2023, after a brief battle with Myasthenia Gravis.

Lynn was a fighter, even when the odds were not in her favor.

She enjoyed planning trips and would never turn down traveling with her younger sister, Pip.

Lynn was an avid reader and had a special love for cats.

One of her greatest accomplishments was being a proud sister to, Erla “Pip” Quinn (Mike), Sam (Frances) and Ennys “Jodie” Morgan, Jr.

(Marion).

She was especially fond of her aunt, Shirley “Bunny” Caires, who she looked up to like sister and who later in life became a close confidant.

Lynn would always go the extra mile for her family and friends.

Lynn is now reunited with her loving family who preceded her in death, including her parents, Geraldine and Ennys Morgan, Sr.; a son, Wade Allen Weaver; brother, John Morgan; sister, Ardie Aylesworth; and grandbaby, Allen James (AJ) Weaver.

She leaves behind a loving husband of nearly 40 years, Allen Ray David; a daughter, Lyssa and son-in-law, Lee Micks of McKinney; two stepchildren, Nicole Kummer (Bobby) of Macon, Georgia and Kristen Jackson (Anthony) of Lucas; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lynn’s family received visitors from 6 to 8 p.m.

Friday, March 10 at Condra Funeral Home.

Family and friends are welcome to celebrate her life Saturday, March 10, at 1 p.m. at Condra Funeral Home, 503 Talbot Street in Taylor.

Burial and luncheon will follow at Lawrence Chapel Cemetery, 2800 CR 473, Thrall.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make a memorial contribution to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, 290 Turnpike Road, Suite 5-315, Westborough, MA 01581 or the Historic Lawrence Chapel
