Thank you so much to the thoughtful employee of H-E-B in Taylor!
My two-year-old daughter and I had just begun loading our items onto the register belt when my daughter started to say, “I have to pee so bad!”
I explained to the staff member that we are potty training right now and asked if I could leave my cart there for a moment.
We went to the potty and when we came back all our items were already scanned, and the cart was getting loaded.
Later, in addition to this, when my daughter turned around from the buddy buck machine with her number stickers, the employee had little surprises in her hand for my kiddo and told my daughter, “Good job for going on the potty!”
Customer service like this makes all the difference.
