City officials are highlighting the best of Taylor in a new video series.
The videos, which are available at taylortx. gov and also on the city’s YouTube Channel, focus on Taylor’s downtown, quality of life, and recent economic development projects.
The series begins with an introduction by Mayor Brandt Rydell, and highlights the City’s downtown business district, parks and green spaces, new housing developments, and recent economic development projects. Several local business owners and employees, residents, and patrons of local businesses also have cameos in the production. The video series was created at no cost to taxpayers in partnership with the digital media company CGI.
In the spring of 2022, the city partnered with CGI to help shoot and produce the series.
CGI works in partnership with the National League of Cities, the United States Conference of Mayors, and the National Association of Counties to provide tools to showcase and promote counties and municipalities nationwide.
Sponsorship opportunities were available for local businesses to participate in the production of the videos.
