Jan. 3
Aaron Rodriguez, 25, of Taylor, at 4:20 p.m., at Scott & White Medical Center, 305 Mallard Ln., officers apprehended Rodriguez, who had seven outstanding warrants for violation of protective order, and bond forfeitureassault with injury/family violence out of Williamson County, and criminal trespass and four counts of no driver’s license. Rodriguez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $21,721.20.
Jan. 5
Larry Garza, 42, of Taylor, at 3:58 p.m., in the 500 block of E. Third St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Garza, who was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Garza was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than one gram, a third-degree felony. Charges were dismissed/ declined and Garza was released Jan. 6.
Jan. 7
Robert Abundiz, 23, of Taylor, at 5:02 a.m., in the 100 block of E. Oak St., officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. An investigation revealed Abundiz entered the residence without permission. Abundiz was arrested and charged with criminal trespass of a habitation, a class A misdemeanor. Abundiz is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
