Taylor Police Department arrest report

ITAL: It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

 

Dec. 26

Jordan Cloer, 28, of Taylor, at 3:51 p.m., in the 1500 block of W. Lake Dr., officers apprehended Cloer, who had an outstanding warrant for assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Cloer posted bond for $2,000 and was released Dec. 27.

 

Dec. 27

Daysia Blane, 25, of Taylor, at 1:34 p.m., 400 block of Porter St., officers apprehended Blane, for three warrants for assault causing injury, a class A misdemeanor out of Milam County; speeding, a class C misdemeanor; and fail to maintain financial responsibility, a class C misdemeanor. Blane is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $9,150.50. 

 

Crystal Castillo, 35, of Granger, at 1:34 p.m., in the 400 block of Porter St., officers apprehended Castillo, for two outstanding warrants for bond forfeiture on credit or debit card abuse, third degree felony; and driving while intoxicated, class B Misdemeanor, both out of Williamson County. Castillo is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $11,000.

 

Dec. 28

Christian Jeffery, 22, of Taylor, at 12:15 p.m., in the 100 block of E. Lake Dr., officers conducted a traffic stop on Jeffery, who had five outstanding warrants out of Brazos County for motion to revoke parole-unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony; capias pro fine-unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; fail to serve jail time-unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; theft of property over $100, a class B misdemeanor; capias pro fine-theft of property-theft over $100; and one outstanding warrant out of College Station for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. Jeffry posted bond for $28,290 and was released Jan. 3.

 

Dec. 29

Isiah Wright, 21, of Taylor, at 7:07 a.m., at T.H. Johnson Elementary, 3100 Duck Ln., officers observed Wright on school property, where he had been previously issued a criminal trespass warning barring him from the property. Wright was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Wright is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

 

Santiago Hernandez, 32, of Taylor, at 1:46 p.m., in the 100 block of W. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., officers apprehended Hernandez, who had an outstanding warrant out of Texas Pardon and Parole for parole violation-burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. Hernandez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail.

 

Dec. 31

Edelmira Espinosa-Frias, 39, of Taylor, at 12:11 a.m., in the 1300 block of Marshall St., officers responded to a disturbance. Investigation revealed an assault had occurred. Espinosa-Frias was arrested for assault causing injury – family violence, class A misdemeanor. Espinosa-Frias is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

 

Laura Bosserman, 37, of Taylor, at 11:08 a.m., in the 500 block of Barker, officers apprehended Bosserman for an outstanding warrant for theft of property less than $100 with previous conviction, class B misdemeanor. Bosserman is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $750 bond.

 

Jan. 2

Bradley Winstead Jr., 29, of Taylor, at 10:31 p.m., in the 500 block of Ferguson St., officers responded to a call for assistance. Winstead was arrested for terroristic threat against a family member, a class A misdemeanor. Winstead is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
