“Both Ryan and Andrew are the type of players that lead by example,” Rams head coach Rick Cobia said.

“They work, they listen, they’re approachable and coachable and are great team players.

These two young men have represented St.

Mary’s with character and excellence.”

Altman finished his St. Mary’s Rams high school football career with 2,242 yards rushing and 43 touchdowns.

In the 2021 football season, Flores had only 12 tackles. After the 2021 season he committed himself to the weight room and had a tremendous spring and summer and elevated his abilities to play defensive end for the Rams.

Flores’ extra work led him to lead the Rams defense this year with 94 tackles. Coming into the 2022 season Flores made huge improvements in his physical strength and football knowledge helping him finish his St. Mary’s Rams high school career with 106 tackles.

Flores applied himself with dedication to making improvements and was awarded TCAF 1st Team all-district defensive end, Co-Defensive MVP, and 2nd Team alldistrict tight end. Flores was also named TCAF 2022 Co-Defensive Player of the Year.
