TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

DEC. 6

Bradley Winstead Jr., 29, of Taylor – 11:08 a.m., officers responded to 505 Ferguson St. regarding a disturbance.

Investigation revealed that an assault had occurred. Winstead Jr. was arrested for assault by contact, a misdemeanor.

Winstead Jr. posted bond for $300 and was released Dec. 7.

DEC. 8

Kevin Easterday, 41, of Converse, at 1:36 p.m., officers responded to the Taylor City Cemetery, 1601 East Fourth St., regarding a report of a suspicious person. It was reported that Easterday had been seen coming and going from the cemetery multiple times by employees and acting suspiciously while there each time. Investigation revealed that Easterday possessed both marijuana and cocaine.

Easterday was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, a state jail felony. Charges were dismissed/declined and Easterday was released Dec. 9.

DEC. 9

Debora Luna, 37, of Round Rock, at 10:04 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call regarding an erratic driver. Reporting party advised the vehicle was unable to maintain single lane, drove in the wrong lane, and drove in the center turn lane. Officers located the vehicle in the 500 block of North Main St. and conducted a traffic stop. Investigation revealed Luna to be in possession of multiple prescription narcotics that did not belong to her. Luna was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams, a third-degree felony. Charges were dismissed/declined and was released Dec. 10.
