Thanks to DeeDee Washington; Kim Hill; Donald Hill for all the assistance given.
We extend our deep thanks to Mayor Brandt Rydell for the proclamation from the city and visiting with the attendees. A special thanks to Mayor Pro Tem Gerald Anderson for the brunch he provided in the Dickey-Givens Community Center to all in attendance on Saturday morning to welcome the Price Panthers back home to Taylor.
Thanks to Mrs. Ursula Anderson-Williams of Texas Southern University. Assistance also came from Prairie View A&M University and the University of Texas assistance in research, strategic guidance and advice. Our profound gratitude goes to the Liberty Hill Coach, staff and football team for the use of the football uniforms (purple and gold – O.L. Price School colors). Taylor ISD’s student support was amazing. Thank
Without all of you, the Welfare Workers would not be moving forward gathering memorabilia to be placed in the Blackshear/O.L. Price School case at Taylor High. Again, we thank everyone including the Community of Taylor. Sincerely, The Welfare Workers Club Leslie Hill, President
