PARK FESTIVITIES

Following the second parade, there will be festivities at Heritage Square Park, including a Christmas tree lighting, caroling, a live band performance, arts and crafts for the kids, and an elf on the shelf for photo opportunities. Santa Claus may also pay a visit, city officials said.
