TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

NOV. 7

Donna McQuillan, 61, of Taylor, at 3:05 p.m., in the 900 block of Debra Dr., officers responded to a report of an assault in progress. An investigation revealed McQuillan physically assaulted an elderly member of the household, causing injury. McQuillan was arrested and charged with assault of elderly/disabledfamily violence, a third-degree felony. McQuillan is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with a $7,500 bond.

NOV. 8

Irwin Vargas, 31, of Taylor, 1:44 p.m., in the 300 block of S. Doak St., officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. Officers observed Vargas on the property. Vargas had previously been given a criminal trespass warning barring him from the property. Vargas was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Vargas is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with a $1,500 bond.

Griselda Villa, 25, of Taylor, at 9:30 p.m., in the 200 block of Fowzer St., officers responded to a report of an assault. An investigation revealed Villa physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Villa was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Villa posted bond for $1,500 and was released Nov. 9 Tony Brown, 21, of Taylor, at noon, in the 200 block of Dolan St. officers apprehended Brown, who had an outstanding warrant for burglary of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor.

Brown was found to be in possession of stolen items and was further charged with theft of property under $750, a class A misdemeanor. Brown received PR bonds that totaled $4,500 and was released Nov. 15.

NOV. 10

Linda Rios, 27, of Taylor, at 8:33 p.m., in the 2700 block of Julie Cv., officers apprehended Rios, who had an outstanding warrant or for assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Rios posted bond for $2,000 and was released Nov. 11.

NOV. 13

Walter Edwards, 33, of Taylor, at 5:01 p.m., in the 3100 block of N. Main St., officers apprehended Edwards, who had two outstanding warrants for assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor out of Williamson County; and fail to maintain financial responsibility, a class C misdemeanor. Edwards posted bond for $8,000 and paid a fine of $638.30 and was released Nov. 14.
