TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

OCT. 31

Susan Miller, 51, of Taylor, at 3:13 p.m., in the 1700 block of Kimbro St., officers apprehended Miller, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for fail to appear, a class C misdemeanor. Miller is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

NOV. 1

Reggie Smith, 20, of Taylor, at 12:07 p.m., in the 4300 block of Hot Springs Dr., officers apprehended Smith, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for evading arrest/detention, a class A misdemeanor. Smith posted bond for $1,000 and was released Nov. 2.

NOV. 2

Shermetri Dilworth, 32, of Taylor, at 2:35 p.m., in the 200 block of Commercial Dr., officers responded to a report of criminal trespass. Officers observed Dilworth on the property without permission.

Dilworth had scaled a fence to gain access to the property and was found sleeping in a trailer, refusing to leave when asked by the owner of the property. Dilworth was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Dilworth posted bond for $1,500 and was released Nov. 3.

Rosanna Rivera, 36, of Taylor, at 1:52 p.m., in the 1300 block of W. Second St., officers apprehended Rivera, who had an outstanding warrant out of Bexar County for assault-strangulation/family violence, a third-degree felony. Rivera was released to a different agency Nov. 8.

NOV. 3

Edwin Diaz, 35, of Taylor, at 10:12 p.m., in the 4200 block of Big Bend Tr., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Diaz physically prevented a member of the household from leaving the residence.

Diaz was arrested and charged with unlawful restraint, a class A misdemeanor. Diaz posted bond for $2,000 and was released the same day.

Thirsten Bailey, 34, of Taylor, at 6:08 p.m., in the 400 block of E. Rio Grande St., officers apprehended Bailey, who had an outstanding warrant for assault by contact/family violence, a class C misdemeanor.

Bailey is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with a $980 bond.

NOV. 4

John Crayton, Jr., 40, of Taylor, at 1:08 p.m., in the 200 block of Yemen Rd., officers apprehended Crayton, who had two outstanding warrants out of Williamson County, for two counts of bond revocation-intoxication manslaughter, a seconddegree felony. Crayton is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail.

NOV. 5

Joshua Blue, 21, of Taylor, at 6 a.m., in the 200 block of Debus Cr., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

An investigation revealed Blue physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Blue was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Blue is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $2,000 bond.

NOV. 6

Carla Alderete, 33, of Taylor, at 10:48 a.m., in the 600 block of Westchester Rd., officers apprehended Alderete, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for probation violation-attempting to take a weapon from a peace officer, a state jail felony. Alderete is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

Rocky Rocha, 43, of Taylor, at 1:05 a.m., in the 1600 Castlewood Ct., officers responded to a report of a duress alarm. An investigation revealed Rocha pushed a member of the household down, Rocha was arrested and charged with assault by contact/family violence, a class C misdemeanor. Rocha was released from custody the same day.
