George Payne, 49, of Taylor, at 9:45 p.m., in the 600 block of Carlos Parker Blvd. NW, officers apprehended Payne, who had an outstanding warrant out of Bell County for theft over $750, a class A misdemeanor.
Payne was released to another agency Oct. 28.
Julian Villanueva, 34, of Taylor, at 11:20 p.m., in the 700 block of Debus Dr., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
An investigation revealed Villanueva pushed an elderly family member. Villanueava was arrested and charged with assault by contact/family violence, a class C misdemeanor. Villanueva received a misdemeanor bond for $750 and was released Nov. 3.
OCT. 26 Jason Redding, 34, of Taylor, at 10:08 p.m., in the 400 block of Oscar St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Redding physically assaulted a pregnant member of the household, causing injury. Redding was arrested and charged with assault on pregnant person with injury/ family violence-a third-degree felony. Redding posted bond for $5,000 and was released Oct. 30.
OCT. 27 David Alvarado, 18, of Taylor, at 1:24 p.m., at Taylor High School, 355 FM 973, officers apprehended Alvarado, who had three outstanding warrants for possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 over 1 gram, a seconddegree felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor; and minor in possession-tobacco, a class C misdemeanor. Charges were declined/dismissed, and Alvarado was released Oct. 28.

Timothy Perez, 25, of Taylor, at 3:24 a.m., at Luxury Inn, 2003 W. Second St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers observed Perez to be intoxicated. Perez was arrested and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Perez posted bond for $300 and was released the same day.
