As the year winds down, it is time for the citizens to choose who was outstanding in 2022. Nominations are being accepted for the 2022 “Outstanding Woman of the Year” sponsored by the Taylor Area Businesswomen. The award is presented at the annual Taylor Chamber of Commerce Banquet.
All civic organizations are urged to submit an application. Nominations are also accepted from anyone in the community, including local businesses.
The nominee does not need to be a member of TAB or the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce to be eligible for this award.
Nominations should focus on the achievements of the nominee within the community as a whole, not just her business or professional achievements. The “unsung hero” who does outstanding acts of charity within our community for the good of others (not for personal gain) is someone you should consider when submitting your nomination.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, Dec. 30.
