O.L. Price recognition In addition to the homecoming festivities, Taylor ISD recognized the O.L. Price 1962 state championship football team.

Members of the team, along with former O.L Price students, were in attendance for a presentation. Coach Edward “Bud” Elder’s children also attended to accept a plaque.

Leslie and Don Hill worked with Taylor Superintendent Devin Padavil and Taylor High School Principal Matt Wamble to get the state championship trophy placed in the trophy case at the high school.
