Mary Lou Lafler, 80, of Taylor, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022, at home surrounded by family.
Mary Lou was born Dec. 10, 1941, in Granger, to Henry and Nellie Conn. She married the love of her life, Billy Lafler, Feb. 27, 1961, in Georgetown.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Billy; her parents, Henry and Nellie Conn; four brothers and one sister. She is survived by her sons, Randall Lafler of Taylor and Michael (Loraine) Lafler; daughters, Melissa (Chris) Croker of Hutto and Cindy (Terry) Miksch of Taylor; nine grandchildren, Jessica Croker, Brandon Croker, Matthew Croker, Lyndsey Miksch, Jacob Miksch, Emily Miksch, Sebastian (Hanna) Lafler, Michael Lafler, Jr. and wife; eight great-grandchildren and three sisters.
No services will be held.
