TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

AUG. 29

La Runn Randle, 22, of Taylor, at 7:27 p.m., in the 500 block of Lenora Dr., officers apprehended Randle, who had an outstanding warrant out of the U.S. Department of Defense for desertion, a uniform code of military justice offense. Randle was arrested for the warrant.

Sergio Franco, 20, of Taylor, at 4:32 a.m., in the 1000 block of W. Sixth St., officers responded to a report of two individuals attempting to gain access to vehicles in the area. Officers located Franco with a backpack, flashlight and a t-shirt intentionally covering his face.

An investigation revealed Franco had been attempting to burglarize vehicles in the area. Franco was arrested and charged with burglary of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. Franco posted bond that totaled $6,000 and was released

AUG. 30.

Alexi Garza, 27, of Taylor, at 1:02 a.m., in the 5600 block of W. Second St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Garza, who was found to be intoxicated. Garza was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, a third-degree felony. Garza was also found to be in possession of cocaine. Garza was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, over 1 gram, a third-degree felony.

Garza posted bond that totaled $40,000 and was released the same day.

Angel Beltran, 30, of Mission, at 5:45 p.m., in the 2700 block of Julie Cv., officers responded to a report of a burglary of a habitation.

An investigation revealed Beltran illegally entered a residence and stole items from inside. A probable cause search warrant was obtained and led police to recover the stolen items from Beltran’s residence.

Beltran was arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. Beltran is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

AUG. 31

Bridgette Gordon, 36, of Taylor, at 10:09 p.m., in the 200 block of W. Lake Dr., officers conducted a traffic stop on Gordon, who had an outstanding warrant out of Pflugerville for theft over $750, a class A misdemeanor.

Gordon was arrested for the warrant.

Gordon posted bond for $2,000 and was released Sept. 1.

SEPT. 1

Steve Gonzales, 46, of Taylor, at 4:30 a.m., in the 200 block of S. Dolan St., officers apprehended Gonzales, who had an outstanding warrant for assault with injury/family violence-enhanced, a third-degree felony. Gonzales is still in custody on a $7,500 bond.

Otillio Lucio, 41, of Taylor, at 12:25 a.m., in the 1400 block of N. Main St. officers stopped Lucio for riding a bicycle with no front light. Lucio led officers on a foot chase before being apprehended. Lucio was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Lucio was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony. Lucio is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $155,000.

Juan Barcenas, 22, of Thorndale, at 3:50 p.m., at Taylor Village Inn, 1907 N.

Main St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Barcenas intentionally broke a window at the hotel. Barcenas was arrested and charged with criminal mischief over $100, a class B misdemeanor.

SEPT. 2

Steven Caruther, 33, of Taylor, at 9:27 a.m., in the 400 block of E. Rio Grande St., officers located Caruther, who was reported to be in possession of a stolen vehicle. Caruther led officers on a vehicle pursuit, which ended in Thrall.

Caruther was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony, and evading arrest/detention with vehicle, a state jail felony. Caruther is still in custody on a $40,000 bond.

Jolie Deary, 47, of Taylor, at 9:42 a.m., in the 1600 block of Jones St., officers responded to a report of a terroristic threat. An investigation revealed that Deary threatened the life of a member of the household. Deary was arrested and charged with terroristic threat/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Deary posted bond for $20,000 and was released Sept. 3.

SEPT. 3

Rolando Rodriguez, 30, of Taylor, at 1:37 a.m., in the 200 block of Doak St., officers apprehended Rodriguez, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for probation violation-possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony. Rodriguez was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 over 1 gram, a third-degree felony. Rodriguez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $80,000.
