TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

AUG. 9

Bradley Bogan, 32, of Taylor, at 9:22 a.m., in the 700 block of Mallard Ln., officers apprehended Bogan, who had an outstanding warrant for criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor. Bogan was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, under 1 ounce, a state jail felony.

Bogan is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $8,500.

Joshua Day, 31, of Taylor, at 6:44 a.m., in the 400 block N. Main St. officers conducted a traffic stop on Day, who was operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Day was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, a class B misdemeanor. Day was released the same day.

AUG. 10

Ryan Leyendecker, 29, of Taylor, at 11:31 a.m., in the 1700 block of Adams St., officers responded to a report of a violation of an emergency protective order. Officers located Leyendecker at the residence in which the protective order prohibited him from. Leyendecker also had an outstanding warrant out for violation of emergency protective order, a class A misdemeanor. Leyendecker was arrested for the warrant, and he was further charged with another count of violation of protective order, a class A misdemeanor. Leyendecker is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $120,000.

Armando Garcia, 44, of Taylor, at 6:44 a.m., in the 700 block of N. Main St., officers responded to a report of an unwanted person.

An investigation revealed Garcia was on the property after being issued a criminal trespass warning prohibiting him from being there.

Garcia was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Garcia is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $1,500 bond.

AUG. 14

Stephanie Ramon, 30, and Eric Costilla, 29, of Taylor, at 12:56 a.m., at Xchange Nightlife Club, 115 W. Second St., officers responded to a report of an assault. An investigation revealed Ramon struck a family member by throwing a cell phone. Ramon was arrested and charged with assault by contact/family violence, a class C misdemeanor. Costilla was found to be intoxicated and was arrested and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Ramon and Costilla were both released from custody the same day.
