TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

AUG. 1

Carla Alderete, 33, of Taylor, at 6:04 p.m., in the 600 block Westchester St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

An investigation revealed Alderete threatened a member of the household with a knife. Alderete was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a firstdegree felony. Alderete is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $20,000 bond.

AUG. 4 Ashton Johnson, 17, of Taylor, at 10:52 p.m., in the 500 block of Sams St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

An investigation revealed Johnson intentionally damaged property during the disturbance. Johnson was arrested and charged with criminal mischief over $100, a class B misdemeanor.

Johnson is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

Paul Fojtik, 54, of Taylor, at 9:10 p.m., in the 1700 block of N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers made contact with Fojtik, who was found to be intoxicated. Fojtik was arrested and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Fojtik posted bond for $250 and was released Aug. 8.

AUG. 7

Devin Douglas, 29, of Taylor, at 10:29 p.m., in the 2000 block of Hollysprings Dr., officers apprehended Douglas, who had three outstanding warrants for criminal trespass of a habitation, a class A misdemeanor; violate court order or bond, a class A misdemeanor; and assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor out of Round Rock.

Douglas posted bond for a total of $12,000 and was released Aug. 9.
