TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

JULY 26

Geneva Garza, 44, of Taylor, at 11:23 p.m., in the 100 block of E. Sixth St., officers made contact with Garza, who had an outstanding warrant for an accident causing damage to vehicle greater than $200, a class B misdemeanor. Garza was arrested for the warrant. Garza was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, a state jai l felony. Garza is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $10,000.

JULY 27

Narcisso Martinez, 42, of Taylor, at 9:58 p.m., in the 100 block of W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., officers conducted a traffic stop on Martinez, who had an outstanding warrant out of Bastrop County for driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Martinez was arrested for the warrant. Martinez was released from custody July 29.

JULY 30

Fermin Mata, 26, of Taylor, at 6:37 p.m., in the 100 block of W. First St., officers apprehended Mata, who had an outstanding warrant for criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Mata is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $1,500 bond.

JULY 31

Santiago Hernandez, 31, of Taylor, at 4:28 a.m., in the 500 block of N. Main St., officers made contact with Hernandez, who was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Hernandez was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony. Hernandez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
