Expo ‘early bird’ discount ends soon

I love getting training that helps me serve my community better! Rachael Westerman and I attended the annual Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives convention in June. We got so excited by the information we learned about the economy, ways to help businesses and ways to dig deep to help solve issues in our community.

Rachael Westerman and I attended the annual Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives convention in June.

We got so excited by the information we learned about the economy, ways to help businesses and ways to dig deep to help solve issues in our community.

We look forward to putting all this knowledge to good use.

The 2022 Business Expo and Job Fair, hosted by the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce, will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at the Williamson County Expo Center. Admission is free of charge.

“There is no other opportunity like this,” Chamber President Tia Rae Stone said. “You get one-on-one time with the public to assess their needs and really sell your business in an exciting and engaging atmosphere.”

Early birds registration is $179 for Chamber members and $221 for non-members. To take advantage of this price, registration and payment must be received by 5 p.m. Aug. 12.

In years past, the Expo saw 1000-1500 potential customers and future employees from throughout the area stop in to learn about the goods and services from some of the most forwardthinking business in town.

After Aug. 12, booths will cost $210 for Chamber members and $260 for nonmembers. Registration will end Wednesday, Aug. 31.

To register, call the Chamber at 512-352-6364, stop by 1519 N. Main St. or email [email protected].
