Castlewood’s site is on FM 973 near Taylor High School and the Avery Glen subdivision. The development of 242 lots with a mix of townhouses, duplexes and single-family detached homes.

“Once subdivision infrastructure is accepted by the council, that means that building permits can be issued and people can start building houses out there and start living out there pretty soon,” said Yantis. “We anticipate issuing our first sets of building permits for Castlewood here in the next few weeks.”
