Williamson County 4-H is hosting three Summer Fun Day Camps from 9 a.m. to noon on three Wednesdays in July.
The camps are for kids ages 8 to 18, and you do not have to be a member of 4-H to attend.
The location is the County Extension Office, Room AG205 at 100 Wilco Way in Georgetown. Registration forms and payment are due to the Extension Office two weeks prior to the camp date. Download registration packets at https://williamson. agrilife.org/4-h-camps.
Camp dates are as follows:
• July 6: Simple Snacks – explore the food and nutrition project area by making crackers, jam and butter. Registration due date is June 22;
• July 13: Crafty Creations – explore the fashion and interior design project area by sewing your own apron. Registration due date is June 29; and
• July 20: Food in Focus – explore the photography project area by learning photography basics and food presentation skills. Registration due date is July 6.
Cost is $60 per person for all three camps or $25 per person per camp. You may pay by cash or check. Space is limited.
