Cooking with diabetes

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting the “Cooking Well with Diabetes” series of classes. This four-part, hands-on course includes basic nutrition education to help you plan meals and prepare food for yourself and other people living with diabetes.

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting the “Cooking Well with Diabetes” series of classes.

This four-part, hands-on course includes basic nutrition education to help you plan meals and prepare food for yourself and other people living with diabetes. You will receive a cookbook with over 25 recipes that will help you cook well for diabetes, and you’ll prepare and taste some of them too.

The class will be Wednesdays June 8-29 from 10 a.m. to noon at 100 Wilco Way, Suite AG205, in Georgetown.
