Judy Lyn Muery spent her life as a leader. She was the inspirational matriarch of her family, a teacher for more than three decades, a bible study leader, and an unsung minister to widows throughout the area. She was called home to glory on May 19, 2022.
She was born Oct. 24, 1949, in Shamrock, to Fred and Eugenia Orr.
A visitation and celebration of Life were held Monday, May 23, at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home in Elgin. Interment followed at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks in Pflugerville.
