It can be hard to blush on command, but not for a group of Hutto Middle School students.
The school’s Blush Dance Company won the 2022 Sea World Junior Championship. The group competed in a contest at the San Antonio park April 24.
Hutto had highest average routine score of all the middle schools. They also won the following honors:
• Best in Pom;
• Best in Contemporary;
• runner-up in Jazz;
• Sweepstakes and Judges awards; and
• first place large junior ensemble.
Addison Stewart was crowned junior solo champion. Jordan Whiitaker was junior solo runner-up.
