Renada Lynn Ness, 51, of Taylor, went to be with the Lord March 21, 2021, after a short, courageous battle with cancer.
Renada was born to Brenda and Gary Ness May 4, 1969. She was a lifelong resident of Taylor and a graduate of Taylor High School.
Since 2001, she has worked for Durcon in Taylor.
Renada is remembered as a loving mother who was devoted to her children,
a caring friend, a strong woman and a tireless provider. She was a woman who has never sought a hand-out, but rather always sought to give others a hand-up when in difficult times.
She was the rock that kept the family together, enjoying family functions and is known for her famous cooking. She enjoyed taking walks and being in the great outdoors.
Renada was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Wesley Ness.
She is survived by her son, Angel Xavier Falcon and daughter, Ahmyli Yasmine Falcon, both of Taylor; stepchildren, Ashleigh, Jorge and Carlos; sister, Lea Ness (Alvaro) of Taylor; nephews, Jacob Ness (Allie), Rollan Espinoza, Alvaro Maravilla Jr. (Kaddy) and Braeden Ness; nieces, Hannah Ness and Victoria Maravilla; and her great-nephews who were dear to her heart, Jaxon Ness, Austin Ness and Cameron Ness; and extended family.
A celebration of her life will be held Friday, March 26, at 11 a.m. First Baptist Church, 2500 Mallard Lane in Taylor. The family asks that anyone who attends wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
