Ronnie Woods, 45, of Taylor, at 7:51 p.m., in the 4100 block of N. Main St., officers apprehended Woods, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for cruelty to non-livestock animals, a state jail felony. Woods is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
